Avoid the new owners of Ehrlich they are super sleazy. Had a one-time service for yellow jackets in August 2023. They signed me up for monthly recurring service on my credit card without consent. They were friendly enough to credit one of the two unauthorized charges but have not provided the second. Since calling them ended me in a loop from hell of no one willing or able to help, I complained to credit card company to investigate. Since then, I now get routine daily robocalls from their accounts receivable department telling me to call them. After advising their AR department that I have never requested monthly service nor authorized any charges other than the one-time service, I have required them to add me to do not call list. It’s a shame they used to be a great regional service.
We had yellow jackets get into our roof/ceiling and Tom came out, was very professional, took care of the problem, answered all of our questions and all was done same day! Troy was awesome in scheduling, providing an estimate, explaining the process and was also a true professional. Thank you both so much!!! We will definitely be returning customers if we have another pest control issue and would recommend this company.
Been using this company for 20 years. In the last few years the customer service has gone down hill. Called the service center and got someone that couldn’t answer my questions? I asked to be transferred to my local office. He completely failed this simple task. I can honestly say stay far away from this company. We had used Fran for the last 20 years. The new techs don’t do Jack! I’ve called several times and get the run around from Customer service. Still have ants in my kitchen. Completely failure!!
Erlich has become a complete rip-off. I've used the service off and on over the past 10 years. Fran has been our technician and he is wonderful, but Erlich keeps re-assigning him to other routes and the guy that replaced him doesn't do jack shiite. I've quit and then Fran gets re-assigned to our neighborhood then they yank him again. the bouncing ball continues...
This company is terrible! Made an appointment and they never showed up. When I called, they couldn’t find us in the system. They also were clearly not a local business because the people on the phone kept asking which company I scheduled with. A complete and utter

While the technician is great the customer service is poor, thus 2 stars.
In regards to the maintenance program they never call to verify an upcoming appointment. If we call to check they say it is "the first or second Tuesday every three (or four) months", etc. When we ask for a time range (i.e. morning or afternoon) they can't give one. We have had the technician show up unannounced (not his fault) and we have been told, for over a year now, "oh there is an issue with the system". Not very helpful given that homeowners have things they need to do. The only option is to make oneself available all day in the hope they are coming.
Just found out the appointment we were told would happen today will not happen after all. Only found out because we called to ask when they were coming. Tired of excuses and poor scheduling.
We are going to find someone else.
Update: Never reached out as indicated. Best in long run since the scheduling is poorly run and a year of excuses. We like the new company we are now using.
The service representative,Steve was knowledgeable and informative during his inspection and bid process. A very pleasant experience and look forward to working with this company.
Customer service is HORRIBLE! soo bad i'm switching companies. I never write reviews, this needs written! They changed their billing system Nov/Dec and now sent many to collections. class action lawsuit?? Who's with me! Also no one will talk to me. The customer service center isn't local and no one wants to have a tough conversation. I can't even cancel my account with them. Its a nightmare!!!!!!!!
